So I was wondering if I could ride in a helicopter to go with pursuits and have a better view of the area so I could help the police force for like the extra information whats happening to inform the other police or sheriffs. I hope you accept

First, you must be an official member of the police force. However, you must also ask and receive special approval from any active Admins or high-ranking officers. Failure to do this may result in disciplinary action such as a warning, kick, or ban.
